If you are a registered tax-exempt reseller, there are a few easy steps to take in order to carry your status to your Fictiv account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Email your certificate to your account executive (note: if you do not have an Account Executive, please send to sales@fictiv.com<\/a><\/strong>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The certificate will be added to your account by Fictiv and reseller status will be activated for future orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. When you place an order after reseller capabilities have been enabled, you will need to click the button on the checkout page that confirms the order is tax-exempt. Tax will be charged by default unless that box is checked.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
