Qualified organizations approved for credit terms can use a Purchase Order (PO) to pay directly at checkout on Fictiv. This option is available to organizations that have applied and been granted credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once your application is submitted, a sales representative will contact you to confirm it and grant you access to the purchase order (PO) functionality on our platform. Fictiv will inform you of your PO status within two business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What if I need to pay immediately to start an order before my PO terms have been approved?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    How can I use the PO functionality once the application has been approved?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    When you check out your quote, you will see the option to use a PO number in addition to paying with a credit card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Upload the PO by clicking on the Upload button<\/strong> and selecting the PO file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Enter the PO number.<\/strong> Make sure it matches the number provided on the PO document.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. If using a blanket PO, ensure that enough funds remain on it to place the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. If the order is tax-exempt,<\/strong> check the box under the upload button. Tax will automatically be removed from the order total.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
